Paula Varsavsky publicó las novelas "Nadie alzaba la voz" (1994), que fue traducida al inglés como "No One Said a Word" (2000), y "El resto de su vida" (2007). Escribió la colección de cuentos "El retrato." Varios de sus cuentos se han publicado en revistas y antologías como "Translation", "World Literature Today", "Hostos Review", y "In Our Own Words: A Generation Defining Itself". Su tercera novela será "Una clásica historia de política y poder." Dicta conferencias sobre literatura y escritura creativa en universidades de la Argentina, los Estados Unidos, y Gran Britania. "Contemporary Women Writers in Argentina" ("Escritoras argentinas contemporáneas") en la Universidad de South Florida en 2007 y "The Experience of Writing in Argentina after the Dictatorship" ("La experiencia de escritura en la post dictadura argentina") en University College London en 2008, son unos ejemplos. Biographical/historical
Paula Varsavsky has published the novels "Nadie alzaba la voz" (1994), translated into English as "No One Said a Word" (2000), and "El resto de su vida" ("The Rest of Her Life", 2007). She wrote the collection of short stories "El retrato" ("The Portrait"). Several of her stories have been published in magazines and anthologies such as "Translation," "World Literature Today," "Hostos Review," and "In Our Own Words: A Generation Defining Itself." Her third novel will be "Una clásica historia de política y poder" ("A Classic Story of Politics and Power"). Varsavsky lectures about literature and creative writing at universities in Argentina, the United States, and Great Britain. For example, she spoke on "Escritoras argentinas contemporáneas" ("Contemporary Women Writers in Argentina") at the University of South Florida in 2007, and "La experiencia de escritura en la post dictadura argentina" ("The Experience of Writing in Argentina after the Dictatorship") at University College London in 2008. She is a contributor, as a specialist on English-language writers, to the Argentine newspapers "La Nación," "Perfil," and "La Gaceta," and "El Mercurio" in Chile.
