Stephen A. Sadow es profesor de la literatura latinoamericana y estudios judíos en Northeastern University, Boston. Se especializa en la literatura y el arte judío-latinoamericanos. Tiene entre sus amigos y conocidos centenares de escritores y artístas plásticos judío-latinoamericanos. Para recoger los fuentes de primera mano la producción cultural de estos escritores y artistas plásticos judíos, Sadow ha creado esta colección de sitios web, que, juntos, constituyen este sitioweb grande Las artes judío-latinoamericanas . Este portal se reúne su coleccción enorme de literatura y arte judío-latinoamericanos tanto como traducccines al inglés.

Entre los muchos libros de Sadow son King David’s Harp: Autobiographical Essays by Jewish Latin American Writers (El arpa del rey David: Ensayos autobiográficos por escritores judío-latinoamericanos) que ganó el Premio Nacional del Libro Judío, y sus traducciones de Mestizo,, novela del escritor argentino Ricardo Feierstein y Unbroken: de Auschwitz a Buenos Aires (Sin quiebra: De Auschwitz a Buenos Aires), la autobiografía de Charles Papiernik, sobreviente del Holocausto. Ha publicado más de cien artículos, capítulos, traducciones literarias, reseñas de libros, libreos de texto y guías para instructores. Es un miembro de la Junta Directiva de LAJSA, la Asociación de Estudios Judíoa-Latinoamericanos.

Stephen A. Sadow is professor of Latin American Literature and Jewish Studies at Northeastern University in Boston, where he specializes in Latin American Jewish literature and art and Jewish Studies. He counts among his friends and acquaintances hundreds of Latin American Jewish writers, and artists. In order to bring together the primary sources of the cultural production by these Jewish writers and artists, Sadow has created this collection of websites, which, taken together, constitutes this website Latin American Jewish Arts. This portal brings together his huge collection of Jewish Latin American literature and art as well as translations into English.

Among Sadow’s many books are King David’s Harp: Autobiographical Essays by Jewish Latin American Writers, winner of the National Jewish Book Award and his translations of Mestizo, a novel by Argentine writer Ricardo Feierstein, and Unbroken: From Auschwitz to Buenos Aires, the autobiography of Holocaust survivor Charles Papiernik. Sadow has published over one hundred articles, book chapters, literary translations, book reviews, textbooks and teacher guides. He is a member of the Board of Directors of LAJSA, the Latin American Jewish Studies Association.
